Thabiti Stephens is the Managing Partner of The Stephens Group, a strategic advisory and investment firm he founded to build, fund, and scale ventures at the intersection of culture, entertainment, and global commerce. At 22, he turned a $400,000 investment into $5 million for Steve Harvey in 18 months — then built Harvey's family office, launching a career defined by outsized results.

Today, the firm operates across the United States, Africa, and the Middle East. Thabiti has raised millions in growth capital, originated deals across entertainment, hospitality, F&B, sports, and international markets, and executive produced television franchises that achieved #1 ratings in three African markets. His international portfolio includes entities in the Middle East and Africa that generated significant first-year profits and joint ventures with government-backed partners in the UAE.

He concurrently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Steve Harvey Global, where he manages a significant portion of the brand's business portfolio and pioneered international expansion across the Middle East and Africa.
